The crew was fast, nice, efficient, and made sure to wrap all the furniture so it was safe for the move. I have 0 complaints and only positives from this experience. We’ve moved 5 times in the last 5 years and this was the 1st crew that left us with nothing but good things to say. Ask for the crew that helped move from Gaithersburg Station Apartments! They’re the best.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Came late were supposed to arrive 8:30-9:30 showed up at 10:20. It was a small move drug the time out forever. Threw my belongings around like garbage. Threw my stuff in my storage unit. Very unprofessional. No responses when you text the owner. The one worker Augustine peed on one of my boxes totally rude. They ask for payment before the job is complete. Gave them each a 20 dollar tip because if the poor service didn’t even deserve that. They were totally disorganized. Came in a small unmarked box truck no company lettering using random cardboard to cover tvs. They don’t really explain the pricing properly. Left my apt 20 minutes before me yet I ended up waiting at storage place for 15 minutes for them to finally show up. Took a 3 hour move and made it take 5 hours. A 12 minute ride from storage to the place I was moving to with some of my stuff took them 20 minutes to arrive then took forever to get a few items left off the truck. Would not recommend them to anyone and will not use them ever again. Worse service ever.

I did some research and found out this company is a scam. Henry is the same owner as HENRY MOVING COMPANY with one star on Yelp!
